  • Europe and LATAM - Business Development Manager

    2018 - maintenant Responsibilities:
    * Responsibility for the turnover and profitability of our existing business with distribution partners in Europe and Latin America. (Size of the business to my responsibility, around 60 million USD in total).
    * Responsible of the commercial strategy for Novalac brand with focus in toward increasing turnover.
    * Supporting our partners in the Regions in driving performance for the whole Novalac portfolio.
    * In charge of opening new markets as part of our growth plan for the brand.
    * Accountable for investment decisions, full responsibility of the P&L by country / region.
    * Monthly demand planning approach to optimize inventories and market needs.
    * Development of a strong regional relationship network with KOL, distributors and key deciders.
    * Understand regulatory issues by country and work with our international regulatory department.
