Design process solutions, create functional specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the central development department
Align new solutions with SAP Financial stakeholders (SAP Key-Users, Subject Matter experts and external 3rd Party Service Providers)
Manage and conduct workshops with SAP Key-Users
Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (incidents and small changes)
