French Lawyer at Paris Bar, I currently work in both French and English within the fields of "Bank-Insurance" and "Real Estate" departments at Granrut Law Firm.
I operate mainly in :
- Contract Law,
- Tort Law,
- Construction Law,
- Insurance Law
- Industrial Risks and defective products liability,
- Equine Law.
I use to work with manufacturers of industrial products and assist them in litigation in which they may have been involved, or as counsel.
I also assist people in commercial litigation related to group restructuring operations.
Despite that, I also assist and represent my clients (homeowners’ associations or insurers/builders) in disputes related to major construction operations (such as the construction of luxury residences in Paris and the Paris region).
I had also worked with victims of natural disasters (drought), who have seen their home damaged, in order to obtain compensation, from the insurance companies concerned, for the prejudice suffered.
More generally, I help people in all civil and commercial litigation matters.
Besides, I also write comments in the journal of the Institute of Equine Law, of which I am a member, and occasionally speak on various topics at the annual conferences of this Institute.
Finally, I am an assiduous member of the Franco-British Lawyers Association and participate in the events it organises.
