- Manage a team of buyers, logisticians and transit agents : functionally since Nov. 2012, and hierarchically since Jan. 2015,
- Interact between several departments from different localities: Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Cost Controlling to ensure the completeness of procurement requests,
- Follow all the orders from contract to delivery on site: manufacturing, quality, traceability, packaging, labeling, storage, transport, invoicing…
- Ensure the compliance of costs, quality and times to reach the project objectives,
- Be the main contact for supervisor on site erection: manage urgent requests for resupply missing pieces, lost, broken, or non-compliant,
- Manage the non-conformities, and the claims addressed to suppliers,
- Actively participate to the “risks and opportunities” meetings.
