    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2012 - maintenant - Deploy and update the sourcing strategy on 3 international projects: work daily in close cooperation with India and Switzerland to build hydroelectric power plants (3 projects for a total DMC around 115 M€),
    - Manage a team of buyers, logisticians and transit agents : functionally since Nov. 2012, and hierarchically since Jan. 2015,
    - Interact between several departments from different localities: Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Cost Controlling to ensure the completeness of procurement requests,
    - Follow all the orders from contract to delivery on site: manufacturing, quality, traceability, packaging, labeling, storage, transport, invoicing…
    - Ensure the compliance of costs, quality and times to reach the project objectives,
    - Be the main contact for supervisor on site erection: manage urgent requests for resupply missing pieces, lost, broken, or non-compliant,
    - Manage the non-conformities, and the claims addressed to suppliers,
    - Actively participate to the “risks and opportunities” meetings.

  • Alstom Power Hydro - Project Planner

    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2009 - 2012 - Define the scheduling of all activities in line with the contractual planning: identify the roles, responsibilities and links between different departments,
    - Motivate all teams to maintain and reach their commitments compared to the reference schedule,
    - Identify & analyze the critical path activities and notify the teams,
    - Define & monitor the financial and technical key milestones.

  • Total - Consultant Project Management - Planning

    COURBEVOIE 2008 - 2009 - Implement Primavera Solutions to 95 projects , 240 persons,
    - Collect all the necessary functional specifications through workshops,
    - Install, configure and deploy the tool for all the department,
    - Elaborate and follow the planning of numerous research projects,
    - Train all users to Primavera tool in place.
