With a good and in-depth knowledge of medicine and technical knowledge in medical devices, I have demonstrated ability to plan and steer in parallel complex product management activities and product launches involving different teams and priorities.
Together with opinions leaders and key users, I have developed training strategy as well as all training materials to train health care professionals and Roche Affiliates. The is one of the key contribution for a successful launch of the product.
Together with the Logistics, Packaging, Project leader, Quality department, I was able to successfully lead and coordinate the product introduction into the market.
I am results and customers oriented with performance-driven mindset.

    2003 - 2009 Lead and conduct clinical trials for testing closed-loop by people with type 1 diabetes following ISO 14155 and ICH GCP Guidelines in Germany The results have been published.
    * Coordinate the work packages into 2 European integrated projects, in which Roche was part of:
    - CLINICIP– Closed Loop Insulin infusion for critically ill patients with a budget of 11.3 Million Euros. (www.clinicip.org)
    - INCA – Intelligent Control Assistant for diabetes with a budget of 4 Million Euros
