Caroline is an experienced executive search professional with a proven track record of successfully developing & implementing creative pan-European search strategies for Director and Executive levels opportunities on the behalf of her clients. Although her expertise lies in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors, she has also handled searches in other industries.

With a solid academic background in Biotechnology, Intellectual Property and Marketing, Caroline began her career at Barrett Webb, a Life Sciences specialist boutique search firm. Two years later, she joined the Life Sciences team of the global search firm Korn/Ferry, where she assisted in delivering international searches for General Management and VP positions across Europe. She re-joined Barrett Webb in early 2009 where she was rapidly promoted to a Delivery Consultant function. In 2011, she was headhunted to join Odgers Berndtson in their London. Odgers Berndtson's Life Sciences practice is currently rated Number 1 for the third consecutive year in the Executive Grapevine in both the £200k+ and £100k+ categories. Most recently, Caroline relocated to South East Asia with her partner and set up her own business. Ascentis International provides Research and Full Search services to both pharmaceutical/life sciences companies and headhunting firms. She also offers customised Research training sessions for new comers to the Executive Search industry.

Caroline is an energetic, self-motivated, resilient and delivery-oriented individual. She has extensive experience working in fast paced environments while meeting deadlines & strategically managing multiple hard to fill searches.

Caroline graduated from the University of Paris with a MSc in Biotechnology. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property and a Postgraduate Certificate in Marketing respectively from the University of St Quentin en Yvelines (France) and the University of Westminster. Caroline is currently learning Indonesian.

    2007 - 2008 Korn/Ferry is the premier provider of executive human capital solutions, with services ranging from corporate governance and CEO recruitment to executive search, middle-management recruitment, strategic management assessment and executive coaching and development.

    My responsabilities included:

    - Handling assignments for senior R&D and commercial executive positions not only for early stage clinical development companies and large pharmaceutical firms but also for Medical devices and Heathcare services organisations
    - Conducting pre-screening interview through via phone
    - Working with the consultants to help manage the client and candidate interface
    - Supporting the consultants on business development activities
