    2011 - maintenant CORPORATE PROJECTS MANAGER Responsible for the Coordination, Implementation, Execution, Control and Completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and budgets with Group CFO and HR Manager.

    Current Projects:
    1/FINANCE:
    - Assist the Group CFO to improve Finance templates & prepare mapping processes for each division.
    - Register all expenses requests (APCF) for each employee, linked with all budgets & Finance départ.
    - Setting up & develop with the supplier ´Absys Cyborg’ the new expenses requests control (APCF + expenses) in the SAGE software for all employees (users & approvers), linked with Finance depart.
    - Create & Maintain all APCF users in X3 & Syracuse with several restrictions access & licences.
    - Prepare the users & approvers SAGE guidelines and do the APCF training in SAGE (EU employees & Finance USA).

    2/HR:
    - Setting up of General Employee Handbook, Local Employee Handbooks (different laws for each country), Health & Safety Handbook, Jobs Description, French Classification, Organization Charts, Holiday & Leave Templates, Staff Directory, etc.
    - Organize French Staff representatives
    - Update the headcount, employees & offices on the web & different internal systems (Agent panel, Pardot distribution list, etc.)
    - Send the daily report to all employees with internal infos.

    OFFICE MANAGER
    Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis :
    - Manage office budgets & petty cash
    - Liaise with staff and suppliers
    - Order stationery and furniture
    - Supervise the works
    - Implement and maintain procedures/office admin systems
    - Organize induction programmes for new employees
    - Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
    - Manage the organisation's HR fonctions by keeping personnel records up to date (holiday, sick leave, working hours) and arrange interviews.
