    RUEIL MALMAISON 2016 - maintenant * Servicing: Managing general HR queries from Business Leaders, employees and regional HR for a total population of 4800 UK employees and in partnership with the other HR Departments. ;
    * Successfully lifted & shifted several activities which resulted in increasing the capacity of the Servicing Team (going from 30% to 10% of their time spent on these tasks (approx. 123 hours of work transferred). ;
    * Employee Development: Partner with OneHR and business stakeholders to deliver development initiatives focused on B25-B40 (from the entry level band to the Director band) and critical capabilities e.g. Agility. Build Leader capability through enterprise programs and local initiatives such as `Own My Development' ;
    - Successfully run and managed the logistic of 43 sessions across the 4 main Amex locations in the UK in 2017

    - Managing all the communications sent out to all the UK Employees (sourcing learning resources related to the topic addressed, updating communication support for each location such as plasma screens and internal blogs and groups)
