  I had more responsibilities by managing the Testing team on the field and coordinating the others segments of the company related to the well test operations on the field before or after such as : wireline, slickline.

• Rio Tinto- Alcan packaging - Quality leader

  2007 - 2007 I worked on the continuous improvement program, which combines two complementary approaches: Lean Manufacturing (eliminating waste and non-value added steps, and reducing lead times and working capital) and Six Sigma (focusing on quality and customer satisfaction). I managed 90 employees with new methods of
  production with different flow analysis to improve productivity. With a budget of 50,000Euros, I reached 80 %
  of production targets. This project on continuous improvement enabled the company to win a major account.
