    2007 - 2007 I worked on the continuous improvement program, which combines two complementary approaches: Lean Manufacturing (eliminating waste and non-value added steps, and reducing lead times and working capital) and Six Sigma (focusing on quality and customer satisfaction). I managed 90 employees with new methods of
    production with different flow analysis to improve productivity. With a budget of 50,000Euros, I reached 80 %
    of production targets. This project on continuous improvement enabled the company to win a major account.
