  Realized organizational changes during the merge BNPP IP and Fortis IM : definition and implementation of the target operating model (process, IT architecture and team sizing) following the identification of specificities and deficiencies,
  Defined the best practices regarding the accountancy schemes and the performance indicators,
  Worked at the outsourcing and the migration of Operations functions (Fund Admin, Custody, Transfer Agent and Dealing),
  Designed and explained to the management (CEO and CFO) the principles of the transfer pricing revenues policy and the methodology (fees split, investment tariffs, sales remunerations and services costs).
