Assure in the name of the company and in relation with our clients the right execution of the marine operations contracts. I am the warrant of the economic balance of the contract and responsible for permanently optimising assignment of human resources and provision of materials.
In close relationship with different marine units, i manage the contract team. Assure the coordination of different activities and provide the necessary means for provision of the personnel.
Participate in establishment of training plans aiming to increase the competences of the team members and to assist the professional evolution of the personnel. Ensure the development of good social interaction.
Coordinate the overall activities and reports periodically to the top Management. Holds regular meetings with team heads on sites and in Luanda and assure the realisation of action plans.
By taking part in emission of Marine Tenders, contributes to the development of the activity
Assure a strict follow-up of his projects.
Participate actively in the validation of the Charter Party when the company contracts the naval supports necessary for the realisation of its operations.
When necessary, share my technical knowledge and advise the team of choice and manner of progressing the operations in the frame of the realisation of the contract. For the client i am the warrant of the right execution of all clauses of the contact. I am the appointed interlocutor
Responsible for promotion and diffusion of the security culture. Assure the implementation of the security rules dictated by the client and the respect of the prevention plans. Contribute to the elaboration of the HSE plan and ensure its execution. Participate in the internal security audits.

    2013 - maintenant  Responsable d’activités spécifiques sur 5 plates-formes d’exploitation pétrolière et 2 remorqueurs de haute mer :

    - Superviser les opérations afin de garantir leurs exécutions d'une manière efficace, rentable, totalement sécuritaire, et veille à ce que les engagements pris soient conformes au contrat.
    - Protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise et de mes clients tout le long de la réalisation d’un projet.
    - Minimiser les risques financiers et juridiques, les identifier, les évaluer et les anticiper.
    - Budgétiser les coûts (prévisionnels, formations, heures supplémentaires, …).
    - Manager du personnel, 120 opérationnels, de tous niveaux et de différentes nationalités, sur des installations exigeantes (recruter, gestion des plannings et des matrices de formations, respect des fiches de postes, …).
    - Appliquer des processus en rapport avec la norme ISO 9001-2008 ; auditer, rapport HSE, ...
    - Mobilité : en rotation, 5 semaines en Angola, suivi de 5 semaines en France.

  • EXPERIENCE - 1993-2012

    1993 - maintenant > 2014 : MASTER (diplôme niveau 1) management QSE en dépollution pyrotechnique et restes d’explosifs de guerre : Ecole nationale supérieure de chimie, de biologie et de physique (ENSCBP de Bordeaux) en partenariat avec l’institut de formation pour la prévention des risques (IFPR). Destine à des fonctions de chef de projet ou de chargé de sécurité pyro.

    > 2010 à 2012 :
    > UAV supervisor and pilot (MEGGITT flying target) :
    - Banshee jet / Snipe / Sprite
    > Dépollution pyrotechnique sous-marine, arsenal de Toulon, société Pyrotechnis (véolia).
    > Cadre chez ‘’ SUEZ environnement ’’ en opérations de déminage.

    > 1993 à 2010 Officier-marinier plongeur-démineur – Marine Nationale.
    • Chef de mission et expert pour la préfecture maritime (opérations de déminage,interventions plongeurs dans le cadre du service public, expertise et lutte antipollution).
    • Responsable de la formation.
    De plongeurs militaires (interarmées, et étrangers). Direction de 17 instructeurs et de 32 élèves.
