  pre-commissioning, commissioning, installation and including putting in place the final
  documentation.
  
  My role is to make sure that all activities comply with internal procedures as well as client's
  requests and international standards.

  * Establishing a quality strategy for all projects in accordance with ALSTOM and the
  clients requests
  * Working out and updating of the Project Quality Assurance Manual
  * Managing of the quality engineering teams on projects ;
  * Be the Representative for the project Quality when visiting sub-contractors and clients ;
  * Set routines and improvements actions

• Oil & gas - ACERGY - Deputy Quality Manager & TAQL coordinator

  2007 - 2008 * Maintaining the ISO 9001 certification 2000 version ;
  * Assisting all departments to develop, apply and update the procedures in accordance
  with ISO standards; and help them follow-up improvement action plans
