    I am conducting an international survey (B.A.I.T.: Brand Advertising International Tracking, over 14 countries and worth € 1,500,000 per year) for PEUGEOT Automobile.
    I analyse the B.A.I.T. results in order to evaluate the positioning of Peugeot cars versus their benchmark and to forecast the international potential of the Peugeot ad campaigns.

    I manage a team consisted of a Junior Research Analyst, a Research Assistant, and a trainee.

    I develop yearly reviews for each country to recommend strategic marketing and communication plans to match the local needs and to improve the perception of the brand in each country.
    I have personally presented the overall report (3 hours, € 5,150) in Milan, Madrid, Lisbon, Vienna, Zurich and during several global meetings in Paris.

    I run additional TNS business solutions (Ad Post Test, Conversion Model) to complement strategic clues from B.A.I.T. I also set up specific operations to meet Peugeot’s needs (Evaluation of European launch performances, specific ad post test, additional TV comprehension items…)
