En résumé

Enthusiastic immunologist focussing on immunotherapy of autoimmune diseases. During my PhD and a first postdoc in the laboratory of Prof Lucienne Chatenoud, INSERM U1013 in Paris (France) I have been studying autoimmune diabetes in the NOD model and therapeutic approaches. One main interest was the analysis of immune mechanisms underlying the mode of action of tolerogenic CD3 antibodies. Now I advanced to a second postdoc on oral tolerance induction using antigen or CD antibodies. My aim is to better understand mechanism underlying mucosal tolerance induction with a focus on the role of antigen presenting cells. Furthermore I work approaches to enhance mucosal tolerance induction by combination with immunomodulatory drugs.

I want to use Viadeo to enlarge my professional network and to benefit from eventual professional opportunities for my return to Europe

  • Harvard University Brigham And Women's Hospital - Postdoctoral Research Fellow

2013 - maintenant Our group is interested in mucosal tolerance induction for immunotherapy of autoimmune diseases, with a focus on multiple sclerosis. We try to better understand mechanisms underlying the induction of mucosal tolerance in order to improve this promissing therapeutic approach for application in the clinics
  • INSERM U1013 - Postdoctoral Research Fellow

2009 - 2013 Our lab is interested in immunotherapy of autoimmune diabetes. I worked on several projects aiming at better understanding mechanisms underlying the tolerogenic function of CD3 antibodies that are currently tested in clinical trials for treatment of type 1 diabetes.
