I am currently pursuing my PhD thesis in the Team dynamic of heterochromatin (Team Noordermeer) at the Institut de Biologie Intégrative de la Cellule, in the campus CNRS at Gif-sur-Yvette (Paris area) France. My research topic is on the epigenome analysis and the process of gene activation. My work covers the molecular biology experiments (ChIP-seq, Crispr/Cas9 system and HiC experiments) and the bioinformatic part for analysing the data (Mapping, Quality filtering, Peak Calling)
I have a master’s degree in BBSG (Bioinformatics, Structural Biochemistry and Genomics) at Aix-Marseille University with honors.
The subjects that interest me are genomics, epigenetic (enhancers, promoters, ChIPseq, HiC, STARR-seq) , DNA sequencing, genetics, NGS, bioinformatics, DNA-protein interactions (HiC,4C,3C,Chiapet)
