  ● Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) in section by monitoring machines and finding creative ways to increase output and reduce downtimes.

• Freelance - Freelance technical consultant

  2016 - maintenant •I am working on projects, as a technical consultant, for different chemical industries (plastic pipes/bags, polymer production,recycling centers). Projects consist in improving productivity, quality of products and installing laboratory in industries followed by the training of personnel.

• Colortek - Chimiste en R&D

  2015 - 2015 I joined Colortek as an R&D chemist and I have worked on developing new coatings (architectural and specialty coatings) as well as improving already existing formulas following customer feedback.

• Rokyplast - QC and Production supervisor

  2013 - 2015 I was given the responsibility of establishing the QC laboratory following the ISO and ASTM standards when applying tests for polymers. I was also charged with the formulation and supervision of the production while continually testing the products.

• Pharmaline - Stagiaire

  2013 - 2013 During this internship I worked as part of the quality control department on the validation of analytical methods used for different drugs. I also performed different analysis based on the US/EU pharmacopeias. I developed a very good understanding of the implementation of analytical methods (GPC, pharmacopeia tests…) as well as the writing of detailed reports.

• BASF - Intern in R&D

  Levallois-Perret 2012 - 2012 Synthèse et modification d'oligomères amphiphiles.
  
  • I was part of the Curing Agents & Polymer Modification, Performance Materials, Advanced Materials and Systems Research Dept.
  • Used structured and analytical techniques (calculation of physical and chemical properties of our polymers) as well as thorough research and experiments to synthesize new polymers with enhanced characteristics or modify already existing ones. The project demanded good knowledge of the polymer science complemented by an innovative and creative way of thinking to finally create new polymers. The team was working under strictly controlled budget and challenging deadlines and we were able to deliver everything on time. Working with high qualified professionals in a state of art facility and as part of a much diversified international large team helped develop my communication skills, time management skills and presentation skills.
  

• Laboratoire de Chimie Organique et Bioorganique de l'Enscmu - Stagiaire

  2011 - 2011 Synthèse d’un phénolate de pyridinium : composé modèle pour l’Optique Non Linéaire
  
  • During this internship I worked as part of the university research department on a futuristic next-generation data storage technology based on zwitterionic molecules to be implemented in a polymer matrix. I performed the multistep synthesis of such a molecule after thorough study of scientific papers and good understanding of the physical and chemical characteristics of these molecules.

• Département de Photochimie Général de Mulhouse - Stagiaire

  2010 - 2010 Caractérisation des propriétés optiques de colorants Macrolex et étude du rendement quantique de photolyse
  
  • A 2 months internship aiming at defining the chemical properties of a Bayer colorant by implementing flash photolysis experiments and using UV-Visible spectroscopy in order to calculate the quantum yield of degradation. The laboratory work was preceded by studies to define formulas and understand the process.
