Missions:
- Support Event Project Managers to co-ordinate an event
- Attend professional meetings with customers to gather their requirements before the event
- Production of quotes in EBMS (USI software) for the required services to run the event
- Follow up during the execution and after the event

M&I Forums is an Event Company organises MICE trade shows for hospitality and the MICE industry (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events). This Event is highly focused on networking which bring together buyers and suppliers from all over the world.
- Event sales: recruit US clients over the phone to attend a company Forum in the US
- Production of Event Show Guides: gather and compile of clients information for further design processing
- Daily administrative tasks
- Market survey on the business travel sector for future launch of events conducted with the Managing Director
- Database purchasing: comparative research among different data providers
- Wrote a dissertation about which strategy should adopt the company to grow the business even further
