2007 - 2008During my time at EDF Gaz de France Distribution, or ErDF GrDF as it's called today, I was in charge of tuning the recruitment process for interns. Being one of the biggest companies in the country, they train their own new recruited people. Optimizing the process leads to a better skills management within the comany and a further step towards a proper "Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences" which helps to foresee the effect of the "papy-boom". The big picture here is that the existing professions today (within the energy domain) will evolve and their training will change. Starting from scratch means starting with the interns.
