I am a HR generalist professional with 12 years HR experience.
My current position is of a generalist nature and involves administering all aspects of HR:
Personnel Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Relation with Employees Representatives and Labor Union, Collective/individual issues, Disciplinary cases and redundancy plan; Policy drafting and implementation.
Responsibilities also include reporting and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
My goals are to deliver service and advice to all level of organisation, and to make sure that I contribute to my Company and Staff as much as I can.
