PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
January 2013 until now: - CSSI-France / Petrofac & I.S.G project (Oil and Gas) for the company CSSI - France at the project: IN SALAH GAS SOUTHERN FIELDS DEVELOPMENT: HMN (35), C.P.F (Center of Process & Facilities) and REG Algeria Sonatrach Position: Engineer QA/QC: Prepare the test inspection notifications request for inspection (RFI) and the inspection test report (ITR) in accordance with ITP (Inspection Test Plan).
- Prepare and revise the Plan of quality control ITP according to project specifications - Monitoring QC documentation on a daily basis to meet the requirement of the project and put the vas registers (LOG register) a day as (RFI & ITR register, register crash cube, calibration register , etc.). . Coordinator control of document: Tracking system / RFI / ITP / ITR / MS (Method statement) /NCR / DSR / topographic report / punch list / handover / Mechanical Completion, etc.)
Control of the construction works, reinforced concrete, using the technical documentation (drawings, data sheets, specifications, etc.) -Experience with several contractors. -Experience with EPCC contract Engineering & Procurement Construction Commissioning Job Description:
Conduct inspection and surveillance activities throughout all phases of the work with the necessary skills set in accordance with the approved Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans.
Detect document report and control all non-conforming processes systems materials and equipment items in work and provide immediate written notification to the company. Inspect the erection/installations of precast columns, pin beams, manholes, catch basin, excavation, backfilling, and compaction; rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concrete pouring, asphalting, finishing for building all description , etc. in a systematic manner such that all necessary point of surveillance is adequately monitored at each stage of the process. Responsible to ensure that embedded items (anchor bolts, base/angle plates, etc.) are the required type, number and fixed to the correct tolerances. Inspect water leak testing of underground PVC / HDPE / PPER/UPVC and ductile iron pipe.

The production complex LNG GNL3 Arzew , a megaproject over 4.55 billion dollars, the project includes the construction of two storage tanks of propane and butane , with a pier and breakwater a dock for loading tankers with a capacity ranging from 40,000 to 220,000 cubic meters. Once operational, the facility is expected to produce 4.7 million tons of LNG per year.
My tasks are:
- Control of the construction works, reinforced concrete, using the technical documentation (drawings, data sheets, specifications).
- Preparation of various monitoring reports (receptions and non-conformance), following the Quality Assurance Plan QAP.
- Monitoring and control of reports submitted by the QA- QC inspectors monitoring of the construction works by the lab engineers , inspectors and the receiving material .
- Coordination between the technical department and our quality department, reception, and distribution of technical documentation to the inspectors, followed by new revisions - Monitor daily activities and coordinate with Saipem QA/QC department for necessary work inspection and testing to ensure the quality requirements are met in accordance to the project specifications and international standards. . - Conduct quality toolbox meeting to the inspector’s prior going to site inspections. - Ensure correct interpretation of specification requirements and assistance with preparation of QC documentations. -collection and filing of Civil structures Quality Control Reports issued during the construction works and any other document certifying the quality of the works in the Construction Quality Dossier to assure traceability of documents, according to itemization criteria by proper filing and indexing To coordinate with construction crew for on‐going civil/structural activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, Field Density Test, concrete pouring, asphalting, etc. -Review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g. IFC, project specification -Report daily to QA/QC manager regarding inspection status on site. --Experience with EPC contract Engineering & Procurement Construction
