-Conduct marketing research /survey, identify potential market and market segmentation
-Manipulate analysed market information to manage marketing strategy and execute the following business development assignments.
• Business Development (Logic Component Market)
-In charge of business development assignments for Logic Chipset (CPLD/FPGA) product line; develop new business among Tier 1 ODM/OEM/OBM stakeholders in Taiwan.
-Achieve personal quarterly sales quota and responsible to manage subordinates’ performance. Negotiate payment term, contract price and manage shipping cost.
-Deliver organizational-developed applications (e.g. I.P.) to stakeholders’ product design
-Establish and create new networking with international company’s Taiwan design centre such as Dell/Intel in order to get business opportunities by approaching the initial product design/plan; for that seminars are taken place as part of the marketing strategy.
• Project and Risk Management
-Manage component function design project, from pre-sales, during design process, mass production to after sales service.
-Coordinate internal RD team and stakeholder’s engineer team to accomplish the project successfully (on time / on budget), in which to eliminate conflicts and potential risk as well as to orientate human resources are seen as major responsibilities.
• Establish Partnership
-Establish partnership with other component distributors to generate turnkey solutions and exchange client’s project information in order to maximize business opportunities
