    VIRTUAL AGENT
    I put in place a virtual agent from the brief to the agency to the follow-up of its uploading:
    - Agency briefs
    - Configuration and writing of precise answers according to keywords
    - Follow-up of the statistics and conversations between the virtual agent and the customers in order to improve the website and simplify the buying process.

    IMPROVMENT OF THE WEBSITE DESIGN
    - In collaboration with the webdesigner, I imagine a more user-friendly homepage for the website.
    - I participated to the management of the platfrom change from a B2B service to a B2B and B2C service.
