Perform a thorough review of customer’s enquiry information.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations.
Prepare cost estimations.
Prepare drawings; SLD, P&ID’s, plant layouts etc.
Develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive.
Prepares and reviews engineering of complete proposal for submission including Scope of Offer, design basis, Proposal methodology Equipment specifications and data sheets, Cost sheet, commercial Offer.
Contributing to the planning and scheduling of work to achieve prescribed objectives
Maintain awareness of market trends and equipment / process developments.
Maintain awareness of standards, regulations and specifications applicable to the industry.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Prepares and reviews engineering SLD/ Overall SLD, Various Switchgear/ MCC SLDs
Coordinate with various disciplines for layouts & package items
Insure site surveys and plant visits to determine constraints in the existing facilities systems or their operations.
