In charge of technical operations. Defining the technical orientation of RFO in short, middle and long term. In charge of the budget and technology of all TV and Radio projects.
* New technologies :
* Setting up a network and server for all of RFO's "Radio" ;
* Designing of a bank of programmes on data processed video servers. ;
* Designing of data processing management (automation and channels traffic) of the central programmes bank with networking of all the stations by intranet. ;
* Research and set up of the digitisation of the channel on ETSI then MPEG2 DVB by means of satellite (10 satellites for full global coverage.) ;
