• Lead the UX team to define the application look-and-feel. The project was assessed as the best Silverlight & WPF application to date, by Microsoft Senior VP for the Server and Tools division
• Manage cross group collaboration with the Expression teams at Microsoft, including the Silverlight design tool, and with a RAW image editing company acquired in 2007
• Two-year Knowledge Transfer Partnership to provide support and technical expertise to the new iView team, rebranded as Microsoft Expression Media

2003 - 2006• Led a team of developers to create the first Windows version of a Mac application. This resulted in revenue of £1.4M two years after the initial development, equivalent to the Mac sales
• As one of the first hire, supported the CTO in putting together the initial technical team and conducted several subsequent recruiting rounds
• Involved in technical marketing and pre-sales activity to support the sales team
• Managed the technical due diligences and was in the front line to support the CTO when Microsoft acquired the company in 2006
