Fully in charge of a major industrial investment based in Moscow, consisting in heavy extension of factory south of Moscow. This 20 months & 63 M€ project consisted in the implementation of 4 new production lines (2 with brand new tech), process & utilities extention, as well as heavy civil works.
Project team built was mixing multicultural and multidiscipline engineers, with the objective of local ressource development to reinforce after project completion, local industrial teams.
Fantastic experience made even easier by all transversal teams (supply, finance, purchasing etc).
