3n+ years of experience from Philips Consumer Electronics to Telecommunication groups TRT , Lucent Technologies and now Alcatel-Lucent.

Successful completion of business on long term international assignments in Indonesia, Malaysia, South Africa and Sri Lanka , and through project assignments in various countries such as Brazil , New Zealand , Taiwan, Romania, Slovenia, Thailand, Nigeria .

I confirmed my flexibility and developed good market knowledge and a good sense of communications by addressing different cultural environments and different business practices.

I developed a set of competences in managing projects internationally ( project deliveries to customers , revenue commitment , customer satisfaction ) and developed interpersonal skills (team management , communications, decision making, problem solving).
I brought my experience to smaller sized companies on different markets and products related to real estate and offered my management experience to Telecommunications players through consultancy.

In 2009, I completed an assignment as Operations Director in the roll out of an expansion in a major turnkey 2G/3G deployment project for Alcatel-Lucent in Nigeria including the management of site acquisition, civil works construction – green field sites and roof tops - until integration info the network. In 2010 i took the responsibilty of the overall Operations, Support services, customer care and program management for Alcatel-Lucent in Sri Lanka and the Maldives and in particular directly in charge of the turnkey Program for the deployment of an end to end solution Mobile network 2G-3G project for Etisalat Lanka valued at 80 MUS$.

I am now based in Thailand and supporting the Asia-Pacific region within the regional Rapid Response team as GPM for strategic and complex programs .
