    2011 - maintenant Ensuring a successful commercial launch of the new venture, aiming to provide "Genetic testing as easy as blood testing". Sophia Genetics enables diagnoses of a wide array of genetic conditions using state-of-the-art visualization. The solution provides integrated quality assurance and secure banking of DNA sequences.With the EPFL's MoT project team composed of 5 Executive MBA peers, I ensured that the market analysis, risk analysis, IT infrastructure, intellectual property and financial projections are defined, validated and consolidated in the company's business plan.The Sophia Genetics business plan is now live for the financial rounds, and, last but not least, for the venture 2012 business plan competition.More information on http://venture.ch/ I will be attending the Awards Ceremony on May 24th in ETH Zürich with the EPFL's MoT Sophia Genetics team.
