Key Account Manager (Europe) (Technical Sales Engineer)
: First supplier of equipment goods for the car industry, part of the FIAT GROUP (12 000 People) previously known as Renault Automation.
My activity consists in the commercial responsibility for the monitoring of projects in Body Welding & Assembly (Robotic and industrial projects). Key Account Manager, Managing Client Relationship: definition of their requests, interface with preliminary draft project services, and cost and price calculation of Comau European projects (between 35 M EUR and 45 M EUR per year)
Role : Commercial Aspects: prospection, reporting , definition of internal objectives, offers preparation (managing a group of 4 people involved in the calculation of costs and prices) as well as strategy definition, commercial negotiation and commercial monitoring of business after successful negotiation.
* Clients managed for the Body Welding activity: Renault / Nissan, PSA / Volvo
* Clients managed for the Final Assembly activity: PSA, Renault / Nissan, Ford PAG (Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo ) in Europe, as well as manufacturers based in Spain, Mercedes, OPEL, GM, FORD, and in Italy for Fiat.
Project Manager : Renault Automation Comau (for 2 years)
Monitoring projects for industrialization, technical, financial and commercial responsibility and realization of preliminary draft projects:
* Land Rover (PAG Ford) (Birmingham, England), monitoring and preparation of final assembly project to increase the production capacity of 4x4 vehicles.
* Mercedes (Vitoria Spain) : For the VITO vehicle and the future NCV2 automatic assembly of the totality of the vehicle panes ( more than 35000 hours project, team of 10 to 12 people full time, 3 main suppliers with ABB Robot). ;
* Renault Sandouville, Guyancourt, Douai Projet M2S ( New Laguna, New Safrane) : Project of automatic industrialization with KUKA robot, preparation and fixing of mirrors in an automatic manner (team of 4 to 5 people).
* Renault Sandouville, Modification wheel alignment Projet M2S.
* Mercedes (Vitoria Spain ) dashboard and sunroof assembly projects for the future NCV2.
* Project Management, application development for Robots using windows development in relation to Renault, Kuka, and ABB Body & White ;

* Monitoring projects for complete seats in terms of quality product/process. Monitoring project planning, definition and installation of project deliverables. Production of project reporting towards management. Tools (Project Management, AMDEC, PIP, APQP, PQP...)
* Making up of project specification (Cdc)with clients, budget preparation and validation et follow up of tests. Monitoring of suppliers.(Autoliv, Cesa, Bertrand Faure... )

Mission in relation to the 3100 project. Capacity increase project with a gearbox flexible assembly line, 3100 per jour in 2 teams.
* Management of part of the project and team coordination (4 technicians)
* Monitoring of 8 Spanish suppliers and 2 French Suppliers: in terms of investment (3,3 M EUR ), planning, specifications definition. Tools (Renault Industrial Project Management, AMDEC, SMED,...)
