    - Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities (new products / new customers / new markets). Putting action plans to turn those opportunities into reality.

    - Creating and managing product lines to reach the growth targets of the company resulting in average sales growth of 8% per year.

    - Negotiating contracts and vendor agreements with worldwide suppliers (Asia, Europe, North America).

    - Develop innovative sales tools and training techniques for the sales force to insure an efficient penetration of the market: average of 30% growth generated by new products

    - Managing strategic account development with the sales force: products have been implemented in all major companies within the industry in Canada.

    - Establishing department budgets, defining pricing policy and inventory management to increase the return of investment year to year.
