I have two big motivations :
First to implement ITSM process, above all Incident and Change processes based on a full oriented Customer Services Help Desk linked with the IT projects ; (last experience ? change and incident processes build for IT PSA Connected Vehicle project)
Second motivation, to build an IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for the infrastructure based on Applications Service Level Agreement and on the IT teams organization, linked to the crisis process. (technical environment please see below)
To succeed in, I place the communication and interaction between development and infrastructure teams at the heart of my way to manage a project and people.
