    Client IT Architect for the Carrefour integrated account. (WW coverage). Carrefour is one of the 3 majors French account for IBM. A team of 7 sales managers and a Managing Director are dedicated to this customer. My role in this team is to identify, on the medium/long term, the IT technical strategy aligned to the growing business of this retailer. All technologies are used in this role, from Mainframes to Desktop, Network, Security, Application architecture.

    Jan 2004.- April 2007: IBM Global Services, SO Delivery, IT Architect (Systems Management)

    WW Architect for the Michelin account (End-user equipment domain).
    Design, conception and implementation of architectures around the Michelin End-user equipment perimeter. Leading the 2 WorkStation engineering teams (15 IT Specialists in UK & US) for imaging management, applications packaging, Software Distribution and Electronic Inventory. Member of an Architect team dedicated to the Michelin account. Applying IBM Standard Architecture and Enterprise Operational Processes (ITIL).

    Dec 1999. – Dec 2003: IBM Global Services, SO Delivery, Customer Service Center (Back Office)

    IT Architect. Leader of the French BackOffice team. Technical leading activities on all back-office customers managed by IBM French SO delivery.
    Defining and implementing End-user equipment Architectures for Workstation Industrialization processes, electronic software distribution, electronic inventory and Remote takeover, client-server configurations for all EMEA and French customers.
    Project-Manager for the “France Desktop Inventory Database project”, providing to all countries Asset Management teams a single access point to collect real-time data on customer assets. Developing intelligent real-time bridges between customer Asset Management DBs (Tivoli TAM, Peregrines, Remedy, Actima Winpark….) and a central Asset DB in the IBM fast and secure dedicated network.
    Involved as a technical expert for all Front/Back office projects in France.
    Involved as an IT Architect for Workstation engineering in mainly bids.
    Optimizing back-office delivery activities through standard and secure connections, using light-clients technology, and virtualization of applications.
    Customers in scope for recurrent activities: Solectron (EMEA), Irisbus (EMEA), Antalis (EMEA), Commsco/Richemont (EMEA), Honeywell (EMEA), Rexel (WW), Merial (EMEA), Aventis (France) Jet Services (France), Brink’s (France), Nouvelles-Frontieres (France), Michelin (WW).

    Jan 1999. – Dec 1999: IBM Global Services, Eurhone (JV between Axone and Rhone-Poulenc (Aventis/Sanofi) )

    Responsible of asset-management. Project leader for the implementation of Systems Management Server 2.0 on the French scope. (6000 seats).
