With more than 12 years of work experience in IT, my drives are to deliver value for the business, make things happens, facing and succeeding challenges and develop my teams.
I consider as well my profile as hybrid as I have a mix of IT and Business studies. I really see this as an asset as it gives the advantages to understand how technology could help the business to grow.
I had as also the chance to live in several countries and travel are the globe. I really enjoyed it and it gave me the opportunity to develop my intercultural skills.
So in a nutshell I’m someone that really takes energy when facing challenges, love to see the results of his work and deliver value, personal development is really important and love to develop others as well and finally is interested in the business as much as in digital and information systems.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2014 - 2015 Parts of a big carve out project in order to have diabetes care as an autonomous division in the Roche group. My role based in Basel consisted of being the

    - Global & Local support model strategy & design lead for + 6000 end users
    - Local IT stream lead
    o Due diligence in main 15 sites on local IT Applications, infrastructure and processes
    o TSA (Transitional service agreements) between entities providing services to Diabetescare IT
    - Project manager for IT center of excellence
    o Setting up a strategic IT center in a near shore locations (Barcelona) (+ 60 FTE)

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2014 • Work closely with the Global Head of Engineering and Madrid shared service center head in all domains (finance, process, people, technology and customers) to build a world-class Engineering organization (102 internal FTE represented globally in 4 key locations) and to be able to deputize him/her when needed.

    • Ensure and drive smooth organizational changes, implement new processes across the organization Communication and Marketing of the department to affiliates and other IT functions
    • Responsible to lead key initiatives across the organization (example: customer orientation, contract streamlining, operating model definition and implementation, engagement model, people development, …)
    • Responsible for the Global Engineering communication strategy, plan an implementation
    • Ensures Continuous Improvement of Global Engineering in all domains
    • Madrid shared service center admin team management & part of the shared service center leadership.
    • Creation of site Branding initiatives, Partners satisfaction survey introduction, inspirational offices, communications, events, … resulted in an increase of 20% of employees engagement and partners satisfaction in less than 2 years.
