    Scope : RFP’s, commercial & contractual negotiation, procedure optimisation
    Responsible for Procurement of Civil Works in Latin-America, Africa and Asia, with particular focus on Africa.

    Issuing RFP for full turnkey building of cellular sites in Africa.
    Negotiating global contract, revisiting pricing on regular basis.
    Implementation of results in local operations.
    Investigating alternatives for full turnkey procurement.
    Leading procurement of new sites based on qualitative and quantitative criteria (TCO approach)
    Guiding local procurement teams in Senegal, Ghana, DRC, Tanzania, Chad and Rwanda.

    Primary Achievements:
    - Reduced Capex budget from 400 million € in 2008 to 350 million € in 2009, whilst maintaining optimum quality.
