Unit KONE Way manager aims at improving consistent customer experience, simplicity for employees and business efficiency in the unit by leveraging KONE Way. Unit KONE Way Manager is responsible for managing roadmap and project portfolio in the unit.
Unit KONE Way Manager facilitates KONE Way ((processes, roles, organization, data and IT tools) deployment and benefits realization, with:
• Responsibility together with relevant business owners and support functions for project and change management capabilities in the unit,
• Supporting the unit in using the KONE Way project management model and other KONE Way methodologies and related tools.
