After following a very academical career as a Romanian/French teacher, I made my way to the Corporate Communication field and the Infographic design. As a matter of fact, I found out that a mixture of all these 3 fields (Pedagogy, Communication and Infographics) is the area I have been feeling most comfortable with for the past two years.
My professional goal (which is also my passion) is to implement engaging, pedagogical, interactive and participatory strategies at once, by using content and system gamification as well as a personalized design aiming to catch the trainee’s eye in order to make sure the latter stays focused (ie to maintain the state of “flow channel”).
