  • Renault - Supplier Quality Engineer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2016 - maintenant • Manage 7 Renault suppliers both in Colombia and in Mexico.
    • Perform risk assessments and diagnoses of the quality system, process and product at the supplier sites through several audits (ASES, SHC, ASPQR).
    • Manage all quality management activities and perimeter processes in projects phase and in serial life.
    • Evaluate the robustness of the action plans, solve the problems, to protect the customer by ensuring that the quality of the suppliers is at the level of the requirements of Renault and the IATF 16949 standard.
    • Train Renault auditors in the different quality audits.
    • Contribute to the reduction of the company's net warranty costs by maximizing the responsibility of suppliers (debt recovery and problem solving with suppliers).

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2014 - 2015 • In charge for tracking the quality problems of CKD parts (international parts).
    • Internally manage the quality processes necessary to correct parts and ensure the reduction of issues with suppliers from different countries of the world (France, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, Romania, etc.)
    • Facilitate exchanges of the Quality Department with the mother company in France and with the internal services of Renault Sofasa to recover the parts.
    • Analyze the problems of the pieces to find client protection and definitive solution.

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2013 - 2014 In the mission in Liebehrr Aerospace (Company of conception and construction of air systems for airplanes.) I was:
    • Responsible for monitoring the quality in different programs (Dassault, Boeing and Agusta), and responsible for the quality validation of the development of the new programs.
    • Creation of concession monitoring documents to ensure the quality of the parts sent.
    • Organization of customer audits during the manufacture of parts. Visits necessary to confirm the process carried out with the client, and the confirmation of the respect of the customer's requirements.
