    2013 - 2016 • Coordinates the conceptualization and rollout of ‘YouthWorks’, a full ecosystem to support workforce development in 22 countries throughout the Middle East and Africa; Provides operational trainings and workshops for local Microsoft and external teams with co-founding partner Silatech; Building partnerships with NGOs, governments and private sector to create locally-owned, sustainable models; drafting presentations and speeches on YouthWorks for the MEA Regional Director;
