2013 - 2014"Global R&D Services departments" activities consist in managing 3 Global teams (~ 200 people):
- Global CAD Dpt (China, India)
- Global Prototypes Dpt (France, China and India)
- Global Laboratories Dpt (France, China, India and US)
Each of the departments are managed by Global Managers whom provide their technical skills, leadership, expertises...to local managers.
The Global teams provide support (CAD, Proto, Laboratory Tests) to "Advanced and New Product Development" teams, Quality and Supply Chain Departments, using a "Lean" process in order to be more efficient (Continuous Improvement).

o Global manager for 4 Product Engineering departments (France, China, USA and India – 25 people).
o 2010: To set-up a Product Engineering department in India, Bangalore – 6 people.
o Global management and coordination for “Quality Improvement”, “Cost Reduction” and “Product Certification” projects for existing products (50 projects on going world wide).
o To sep-up global procedures for the 5 sites (KPI’s, Project’s procedure, training…) in link with ISO TS implementation.
o Technical support for « production », « Purchasing », “Product Managers” and « Sales & Marketing.
o Global follow up and responsibilities for Quality Improvement’s implementation and global coordination for Recip’s and Scroll compressors, technical decisions and approvals for all changes (Product, Process and Purchasing).
o Several business trips to China, USA and India – 25% of my time.
2007 - 2009o Manager for French Product Engineering department – 13 people.
o Reciprocating and Scroll Technical skills and knowledges.
o Local follow up and responsibilities for Quality Improvement implementation and global coordination for Recip’s and Scroll compressors, technical decisions and approvals for all changes (Product, Process and Purchasing).
o 2009: To set-up a CAD team in India, Mumbai – 5 people.
o Technical support to production’s plants in the USA (Atlanta and Arkadelphia), China, Beijing.
o Several business trips.
1999 - 2007Involved in all development's projects.
o Belong to New Product Development department manager.
o Prototypes Manager – 11 people (Assembly, Machining, Purchasing, Logistic and Quality for all prototypes components and prototypes compressors) in link with New Product development’s projects.
o Prototypes’ machining and assembly follow up, respect of the deadlines and objectives given by Development project’s teams.
o Involved in all projects’ development
o Follow up for all prototypes’ parts – components sub-contracted to prototypes’ suppliers (France, China, East EU).
