Over 20 years in International Sales, Strategy and Business Development, with long term successes recorded at major European and US companies in developing Distribution Networks & B2B + B2G systems sales for Defence Solutions, Electronics, Industrial Equipment and Services over the Central Eastern Europe, the CIS countries and the Middle East (7 years overseas, based in Russia, fluent Russian speaker)
Now Director for Global Development for Electronics at a major aeronautic company from within the Paris Area (France), I am currently setting-up and implementing the key strategies to guarantee global space electronics growth within targeted markets in Russia and the CIS countries + Middle East (eg. KSA & Turkey)
It principally implies the planning & coordination to implement necessary know-how transfers and also the operational management to develop sustainability and growth of an Airbus D&S local footprint in Russia, particularly in a tough geopolitical context.
In coordination with a major Russian Space player and based on a major sales contract, we grew our local joint-venture company from 9 to 20 persons, based on a 5 to 10 years business planning, industrial know-how transfers business cases and P&L. Plans to gradually diversify product portfolio will insure doubling company size and grow sales for both the JV and for space electronics.
