Since 1989, I work in the Defence and Space industry in Middle East, Asia and Europe areas. My international experiences cover promotion, representative’s management, project team management and contracts negotiation. I like to contribute in long-term partnership building through professional confidence.
I am passionate in technologies. My personal ability to understand operational need and translate it into technical requirements is appreciated. I use my experience to analyse technical and commercial issues in order to build solution. This double competence provides me the global picture to imagine new products and services.

  • Europa Electronics - Managing Director in charge of Sales

    2008 - 2013 Co-founder of Europa Electronics, a technology start up company in the Time and Frequency control domain. My mission:
    - Prospect Customers including major Groups in the Defence and space industry,
    - Negotiates long term partnership,
    - Promote technology and solution at institutional prescriber.
    Achievements:
    - Build business plan and raise budget to finance the start up
    - Award of innovative projects to French administration
    - Get development contract at first class Customers
  • TEMEX - Buisness Development Manager

    2001 - 2007 /////Business Development manager of HiRel BU/////

    Hired in Product manager position, my career moved with Company evolution. In 2005, the company divest (3 sites sold) in order to focus on the defined strategy. It was offered to me to implement the strategy for HiRel activities.
    - Develop the world wide Customers base & Rebuild the Defence & Space backlog,
    - Define new product ranges, road maps and price policy,
    - Identified new potential markets in HiRel domain.
    Achievements:
    - Negotiates 2 contracts over 1.5M€ each.
    - Key program won: Galileo, EFA, Rafale
    - Open new Sub-marines markets with 2 OEMs; potential 1M€/year.
    - Booking in HiRel BU: from 2M€ in 2001, 12M€ in 2006.
  • THALES - Area Sales Manager - ASIA

    Courbevoie 1997 - 2000 Appointed as Area Sales Manager in Charge of Far-East region, I undertook several projects. Mission description:
    - Prospect new markets
    - Identify and qualify new local representatives
    - Build proposal and solution in competitive environment
    Achievements:
    - Contracts negotiated in Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand.
    - Win EEC TACIS contract in Kazakhstan.
  • THOMSON-CSF - Field Application Engineer

    1989 - 1995 In charge of Products promotion through communication events
    - Organize and manage international exhibitions,
    - Support sales team with technico-operational argument.
    Achievements:
    - SIRCOM, ITU and Euro-Satory exhibitions

    My position of Field Application Engineer provides the opportunity to promote the company products is more that 20 countries.
    - Conduct technical field tests of products and systems.
    - Advise and train Customers.
    Achievements
    - more than 20 field trials for export market (from 2 weeks to 8 months duration)
    - Development of multi-cultural relationship
