The French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in the UK, which is based in central London, is a French government organization.
UBIFRANCE assists French-based companies seeking potential partners and new markets within the United Kingdom, and, more generally, promotes Franco-British trade relations. Our team can help UK-based companies to identify potential French suppliers.
As Trade Adviser Assistant, I help in the realization of the events in the Wine and spirits and food processing sector:
- The Independent French Winegrowers, 6th February 2014;
- The Grand Cercle des Vins de Bordeaux, 19th March 2014;
- French Wines 2014 - Portfolio Spring Issue, 22nd May 2014;
- A Taste Of France 2014 - B2B events, June and July 2014.
And work in collaboration with the wine, spirit and beverage team and Food processing team:
- Realisation of The Independent French Winegrowers Catalogue (79 producers from the most French wine-growing region: Bordeaux, Cognac-Charentes, Provence-Corse, Loire Valley, Jura-Savoie, Burgundy, Beaujolais, South-West, Languedoc-Roussillon, Rhone Valley, Champagne and Alsace);
- Realisation of The Grand Cercle des Vins de Bordeaux Catalogue (46 wine estates from the right and left banks of the River Gironde (South-Western France): Bordeaux Supérieur, Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, Fronsac, Haut-Médoc, Lalande de Pomerol, Listrac, Lussac Saint-Emilion, Margaux, Médoc, Montagne Saint-Emilion, Pessac Léognan, Pomerol, Sainte-Foy Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé, Sauternes);
- Realisation of French Wines 2014 - Portfolio Spring Issue Catalogue (27 French producers or exporters);
- Realisation of A Taste of France 2014 Catalogue (5 French producers);
- Helping with the management of these 4 different events;
- Research of potential French and UK prospects (cold calling, e-mailing);
- Research, market studies (UK Cider sector…) and writing regular reports on sector activity, updating database.

Australia
- Language and Cultural Study Holiday

A 5 months life experience in Australia with Working Holiday Visa.
The purpose of this travel was to improve my English, discover new cultures, and a different way of life in particular due to my lifestyle and my farming works:
- Fruit picking and packing in several cherry orchards in Cudal, New South Wales (1 month);
- Farmhand for one of the biggest shearing contractor in New South Wales at Culcairn: did work as a wool picker and packer and introduction to sheep shearing in several farms all around the New South Wales (3 months);
- Logistic-economic planning and travelling in camper van on the Gold and Sushine Coast, Outback and South Coast (10,000 Km in 1 month);
- Discovery of new cultures, and different ways of life thanks to cities we have visited (Sydney, Byron Bay, Brisbane, Bundaberg, Griffith, Shepparton, Melbourne, Canberra, Blue Montains…).

Member of the ICN “welcome” staff, a team of 70 people dedicated to the reception of students applying for ICN business school competitive entrance examinations and at disposal of candidates during their stay :
- Logistics and organization (transportation, restaurant, activities, interview preparation)

- Tourist guide in town centre

Member of the ICN’s CHALLENGE association staff: organize the modalities about Ecricome Trophy (2000 students) bringing together the five school of Ecricome database (Rouen Business School, Reims Management of School, Euromed Marseille, BEM Bordeaux et ICN Business School).
During three days there are many sports competitions such as Football, Rugby, Handball, Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball.

I had to manage a 12 people team, administrate an annual budget of 50 000 euros and organize all big events of the University:
- Organisation of the annual induction week-end for 250 persons;
- Reception of students applying for the University during the Open Day;
- Organisation of the end-of-season Gala for 350 persons
