Am currently leading a project manager team whose responsibility is to support sales force to catch new businesses and to lead the programs until it becomes a success.
The results over last 10 last years have been quite excellent and few strategic products and new technologies have been introduced at our French OEMs directly or through 1st tiers such as Delphi/Leoni/....

I have a very strong education in Management, engineering and business:

    2006 - maintenant In an international environment, my team is currently managing the new programs for French Component Business
    Unit from Request For Quote stage until about 06th months after the start of mass production.
    Since 2006,myself until 2014 and my team since 2014 have directly contributed to the regular growth of Yazaki France by supporting sales to catch few strategic business at our OEM & key account (Renault / Nissan / PSA / Leoni / Delphi / JTEKT...) and by leading those programs from the beginning until it becomes a commercial success .
    The turnover has drastically increased over the last years at Yazaki France Component BU partly due to the strategy applied to lead & manage teams in aggressive environment in regards with competition / Internal conflicts to define priorities / limited ressources VS turnover / Global restructuration.
  • Tyco Electronics - Key Account Manager

    Schaffhausen 1999 - 2005 Business development for Tyco on Renault market (High range / Utility cars / Logan/...)
    The global Tyco's turnover for this market part was around 30 Millions Euros in 2004
    My turn over increased of 10,5% (2004) in a rather tough economical & competition context.

    Have also * en assigned by Tyco to handle special missions such as:
    Organisation of the connectic programs transfer from Siemens Electric Components to Tyco Electronics
    * Completion of Siemens EC's connectic programs development on Renault market.
    * Homologation of strategic Renault connectic (TH)
    * Coordination of new technologies promotion such as Flex Cable / Radio Frequency connectors
    * Establishment of a technological partner ship with a major tier one customer
    * Audits at Customer factories
  • Valeo Security Systems - Project Leader

    1997 - 1999 Leader of a team who was one of the 1st that Valeo installed in order to accelerate the development of new technologies and create new products that can be taken over by customer focus teams.
    Our main goal was to achieve within 16 months a brand new development: Low Cost Latch
    The team met QCD requirements (Quality/Cost/Lead time) and registered 3 patents.
  • Automotive Products - Joint Venture France Manager

    1995 - 1997 Leader of a customer focus team (4 people) who was in charge to adapt the Automatic Clutch System (known as ``Easy'' system: Twingo easy) on new Renault petrol & diesel engines.
    The team has achieved its goals and the system has been adapted on new petrol & diesel engines
    I was also the administrative manager of the joint venture AP & Kongsberg in France
  • AMP - Development Engineer

    1991 - 1995 Development of new range of connectors for Renault / Renault trucks (4M EUR /Y turnover) / Sagem
    After above success I have been promoted responsible of OEM 1st tiers development team.
