    * Supervise the contractor for schedule and progress activities, review and comment on Contractors planning and progress measurement.
    * Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of Contractors Scheduling and Planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration
    * Review and analyze of Contractors scheduling and planning documents (procedures...).
    * Ensure that Progress calculation and reporting system used by Contractor is conform to the Contract requirements
    * Monitor the progress of the phases . ;
    * Identify of potential delays, analysis and issue of proposed corrective actions as required ;
    * Prepare of ad hoc Project Planning documents ;
    * Consolidation of the 3-weeks look-ahead planning for offshore works, and weekly update based on the day-to-days information available from the Daily Progress Reports. ;
