  RUEIL MALMAISON 2012 - 2012 • Supported the main project manager of a €12 BN Franco-Russian project to build the first Russian toll highway between Moscow and St Petersburg
  • Prepared operator’s requirements (including configuration of the toll road and the Automated Traffic Management System) based on analysing blueprints and traffic study provided by the Russian partners
  • Co-presented French experience in toll road building and operational management at senior meetings with the Russian Federal authorities, which improved the overall partnership
