    Working directly with:

    R. J. Barry Cox a truly unique serial entrepreneur. Once involved in one of the largest meat wholesalers in the UK, he was to become one of the 3 founders and Chairman of the world-famous brand Hard Rock Cafe. The group franchised its brand, opened new restaurants and realised a successful IPO. Mr Cox went on to buy back, turnaround and thereafter sell once more a portion (east coast) of the organisation in truly lucrative deal in later years. Barry was founder and director at Naked Juice Company that was there after sold to PESICO Inc (The Naked Juice company revenue is currently $150M). Barry held shareholdings and executive roles for companies within the Pelican Group Inc (management of brands like “TGI Fridays”), Barry was similarly involved in the high street chain Café Rouge Ltd. Barry was also owner of one of the largest goldmines in Kazakhstan and founder of the Williams Benetton F1 sponsor Hype Energy Drink, a company that was later sold to the 24H Le Mans winner Bertrand Gachot, the drink is now available in over 40 countries. An inspiration for business acumen (1939 – 2010).

    Working directly with:

    Per Mortensen has been a successful entrepreneur, international business owner and angel investor for more than 40 years. Educated in Denmark, Per’s commercial career began in the furniture business in Copenhagen. Investments in residentiel property, leisure property, medical equipment, stationary, shipping and media followed. Per co-founded the PAL Group with Karim in 2000 as Chairman Per is resident in Monaco.

    David Marshall has been in private equity and investment banking for over 25 years. Completing his first cross border leveraged management buy-out in 1983; he has since completed in excess of 100 transactions ranging from £5m to £1bn in the UK, Europe and the USA as principal investor, equity partner, advisor and lender. After spending three years running a merchant banking operation for a large European Bank in New York, David spent eight years at a European investment bank as Head of European Structured Finance.
