    - Participated in the creation and launch of a call center (coordinated the procurement and implementation of the LAN infrastructure and managed the relocation of 600 end-users),
    - Audited the company’s global asset management/inventory application (discovered/fixed a major design flaw),
    - Audited the Y2K project readiness (IT voice upgrade activities).

    1998 – 1999: Project Coordinator, Technology Services BU
    Responsible for the follow-up of commercial contracts and the deployment and management of technical and engineering ressources for information technology projects.
    • Performed an audit on the newly deployed accounting system and discovered misallocated funds on major accounts,
    • Developed cost and revenue control/tracking tools for projects financial validation and customer invoice accuracy.

    1997 – 1998: Operations Support Specialist, Network Center BU
    Responsible for managing change order requests and internal charge-backs for the implementation of the Enterprise wide-area network (WAN) to 700 sites.
    • Improved the project's change management process,
    • Audited the project's financial plan and optimized the internal invoicing/charge-back system.
