• Ensuring site operatives are aware of risks and hazards.
• Provide In house trainings and booking personnel for mandatory/recommended trainings when needs

• Prepare Training requests when need and choose appropriate centre according to employee and planning
• Conception of trainings modules according to operations or current topic
• Monitoring all safety issues on site, to prevent and stop dangerous work practices.
• Supporting management in preparing project safety plans, carrying out formal training in safety, toolbox talks etc
• Periodic checking of all fire fighting equipments, imparting first aid fire fighting training for all employees, conducting mock fire fighting drills.
• Co-ordination of all temporary works, implementation of safe system of works.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of HSE Management procedures.
• Holding safety induction courses on site for all new and existing employees.
• Issuing of company safety notices and safety violation notification.
• Conducting regular site inspections.
• Supporting management in solving all problems related to Health, Safety and Environment.
• Helping in identifying and eliminating unsafe conditions and maintain complete work field safely, maintain proper housekeeping.
• Promotes safety awareness to the workforce through HSE meetings/trainings and through safety committee/safety representatives. Monitors HSE systems within the company.
• Assists in the investigation of accidents and analysis of accident statistics in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measures.
• Consolidate monthly accidents/man-hour statistics for the Region and reports collected information to corporate HSE.
• Monitors improvements through the preparation and implementation of HSE Audits and Inspections.
• Holding safety induction courses on site for all new and existing employees.
