    Civil works contracts overall management regarding schedule, risks and quality.
    In coordination with the Project Management team updating of the Project Management Tools.
    To review the contracts during the construction phase and manage all contracts “claims”.
    To coordinate the construction design between SYSTRA head office in Paris and Hanoi Project office
    Coordination of the overall teams dedicated to worksites supervision with the assistance of the section managers (> 50 staff)
    Supervision and monitoring the works performed on the site related to Civil Works packages with the assistance of the section managers.
    To attend contractual and technical meetings related to Civil Works.
    To issue monthly progress report with based on the monthly progress report of each contract packages prepared by the section managers.
    To assist the Project Director and replace him during his absences.

    PROJET METRO – LIGNE 3 - HANOÏ (VIETNAM)

    - Responsable de la définition et de la supervision de l’ensemble des campagnes de reconnaissance géotechnique (essais pressiometriques, essais SPT, essais CPTu, essais de pompage et essais en laboratoire).
    - Interprétation des sondages et détermination des hypothèses géotechniques nécessaires a la justification des ouvrages.
    - Etablissement de notes de calcul de pré-dimensionnement des fondations selon les normes ASTM et AASHTO.
    - Revue des documents des Cahiers des Clauses Techniques et Particulières.
    - Ouvrages étudiés : tunnel, paroi moulée, pieux fores, pieu fonces, pont.
    - Analyse des appels d’offre.
