  * Manage processes optimization including products and tools evolution ;
  * Ensure obsolescence management plan
  * Tender management on request ;
  * Design and adaptation of new technology for railway signaling applications as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi propagation through waveguide or leaky feeder.
  To reach my objective I manage functionally some engineers located in project engineering organization.

  * Assisting Chinese team to secure deployment activities including Installation, T&C and maintenance

• Alstom Transport - T&C Telecom Engineer

  2010 - 2011 My job consisted on testing and commissioning the Wireless network for Shanghai metro Line 10.
  Skills developed: Wireless skill (Wi-Fi), ability to work on a specific system design for signaling environment.

  2009 - 2010 * Provide technical support for customer of SFR ;
  * Manage the development of a billing platform in relationship with pilot customers, commercials and technical department of SFR.
